The summer heat is upon us and we here at Walkabout want you to not only enjoy yourself out here but take care of yourself. These are just a few tips that will not only prevent dehydration but will help improve your stamina and energy while on the golf course. If while you are out there you start to feel dizzy, weak, nauseous or begin to have headaches please seek shade or air conditioning as soon as possible.
