Andrei’s is hosting a delicious Taste of the Tropics Small Plate Soirée on June 19! Join us.

Menu details ⬇️
Course 1: Shrimp and Mango salad
Grilled shrimp with mangos and avocados tossed in cilantro ginger vinaigrette presented on tinder mixed greens
Course 2: Jerked Chicken
Jerk marinated chicken presented with red cabbage and carrot slaw.
Course 3: Conch Fritters
Chopped tender conch and herbs deep fried and served with sweet and spicy aioli.
Course 4: Rum and Guava Glazed Spare Ribs
Brined in a citrusy sugar solution, smothered in sofrito, and slow-cooked, these ultra-tender ribs are glazed in a fruity, rum-spiked barbecue sauce
Course 5: Coconut Sugar Caramelized Plantains
Sliced plantains caramelized with coconut sugar and spices. Topped with cashew and coconut ice cream drizzled in spicy caramel.
Includes a glass of wine or beer
Rick Grano performing live music throughout the evening. Doors open at 5:30, dinner begins at 6 p.m.
